PUSH PRESS 7x2 @ 85-90% 1RM
Athlete will warm up to appx 85-90% 1RM, then perform 7 sets of 2 reps with 90 secs rest in between
WOD:
3RFT
40 doubles
30 KB swings (24/16k)
20 pushups
10 pullups
