PRESS   5x3  @  75%  1RM  (compare to 8JUL; go heavier)
Athlete will warm up to apprx 75% 1RM, then perform 5 sets of 3 reps with 120 secs rest in between

Thrusters (135/95)
C2B pullups
200m sled drag in between (135/95)
