JERK   8x1  @  80%  1RM
Athlete will warm up to appx 80% 1RM, then perform 8 sets of 1 rep with 60 secs rest in between

20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats


3 min rest between each of 5 rounds
