SWOD:  Find 1 RM Sumo Deadlift (sumo deadlift)
 
 WOD:  Tire Flipalalooza
3 Rounds for Reps:
2 min AMRAP tire flip
2 min rest
then
3 rounds
1 min Shuttle sprint (sprint out 25 m touch both hands beyond the line then come back)50m, tire flip
1 min rest
Total reps for both is score…..
