Daily WOD

Run 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 400 meters
 




Or beat the record day.

You can try to beat 2 strength and 1 WOD on the board.  If you fail on any or all you have a 50 burpee penalty
