28 AUG 13 30 secs of work....

DEATHLIFT   6x2   @   90% 1RM  
Athlete will warm up to appx 90% 1RM, then perform 6 sets of 2 reps with 150 secs rest in between. 

WOD:
Every 30 sec for 10 minutes:
1 power snatch
1 hang power snatch
1 OHS
Rx weight is 135/95
