Bench Press 3x Max Reps @ 55% 1RM
Rest 3 mins between sets

WOD
4 RFT (20 min cap)
200m Run
10 Hang Snatch 95/65
Rx is full snatch, if athlete is not comfortable with full snatch, then power snatch is fine, but they will finish with an overhead squat each rep
