18 JUL 13 Deathlifts and an AMRAP and a KB WOD

DEATHLIFT    5x3   @   75% 1RM  (compare to 6JUL; go heavier)
Athlete will warm up to appx 75% 1RM, then perform 5 sets of 3 reps with 120 secs rest in between.

WOD:
12min AMRAP
10 burpees
15 T2B
50 doubles

KB WOD

Same strength

12 min AMRAP
3 KB Cleans (24/16)
3 KB Snatches
3 KB Push presses
3 T2B

Change hand each round
