100 Over-The-Bar Burpees
5 OHS EMOM

1: 75#/55#
2: 65#/45#
3: Barbell
*If PVC is used PVC Goes on the Whiteboard
**Over the bar, not bar facing.
***Athletes do not need to clap overhead, simply both feet must come over the bar.
