SWOD:
15 min for 1 RM Hang Snatch power or full athletes choice
WOD:
5 RFT: (24/16kg)
10 Alternating KB Snatch
10 Goblet Squat
10 Alternating KB Jerk
*5 Burpee penalty each time KB drops to ground during round. (After a full completed round, KB may be placed on ground)
Athlete may do a halfswing in between reps.
