PWR SNATCH 8x2 @ 80% 1RM Power snatch
Athlete will warm up to appx 80% 1RM, then perform 8 sets of 2 reps with 90-120 secs rest in between.
*same deal as monday. make sure they are using more weight for the strength than they are going to use in the wod

10 ring pushups
7 FSQ (135/95)
5 snatch (135/95)
